Nespresso’s wide range of OriginalLine Lungo capsules uses the slogan, referring to the city name. Nespresso pods have been a part of my morning routine. Today, I wrote down the review of Nespresso Cape Town Envivo Lungo, one of the strongest-tasting coffee, giving you an exciting drinking experience. If I had to choose only one Nespresso flavor, it would be Envivo Lungo.

My Cape Town Envivo had a burnt orange color with a beautiful geometric design. I brewed it with my Expert Nespresso machine. While brewing, I got a robust and intense aromatic profile. After brewing, the woody scent soothed my nose. My drink was dark and had thin crema. When I tasted it, I found it strong, bitter, and bold; however, what surprised me was that my coffee was not acidic. My lungo shot had a smooth texture and a weird aftertaste (almost like malty/salty) that lingered on my tongue. As I took sip after sip, I felt rich roasted and woody notes on my palate. Same taste as Original Envivo; no doubt, it was a good shot.
Well! I brewed a Spanish latte with Cape Town Envivo pod. I added sweetened condensed milk to the bottom of the glass, brewed Envivo coffee over it, and poured frothed milk on top of the coffee. The blonde color of the drink looked relaxing. I mixed it well and took a sip; the milk mellowed the strong and bitter notes. My coffee was sweet and creamy; I enjoyed it a lot.
Pair your Cape Town Envivo coffee with a sweet dessert to counterbalance its bitterness and intensity, such as chocolate croissants, crepes, or pastries.
These Nespresso OriginalLine pods from the Lungo range guarantee coffee freshness and offer a 3.7 oz large serving of espresso coffee. These capsules work perfectly with only Original machines.
