My Tokyo Vivalto Lungo had bluish purple color and a fantastic floral design. I brewed it with my Nespresso KitchenAid machine. While brewing, I got a pleasant aroma. Once done, I smelled it, and the sweet and flowery scent amazed me. The coffee’s color hinted at an intensity of 6. I took a sip and found it interesting. My initial impression was light. I took another sip, and the floral notes and silky, smooth texture hit my palate. I got an excellent mouthfeel. My drink had a bit of oil content and a nice coffee flavor; however, it was not thick. It was a well-balanced and pleasant shot.
Next, I added sweetener to the milk, frothed it, and added it to the Tokyo Vivalto coffee. The oily layer and blonde color of the drink looked cool. I tasted it and found that the milk mellowed out the floral notes, resulting in a decent coffee cup.
I preferred to brew this blend in the morning break or evening and pair it with crisp cardamom rolls. It made my day enjoyable.
