Instructions:-
If you have newly bought the machine, then first remove the plastic film from the drip grid.
Remove the water tank from the machine.
Remove the capsule container too.
4. Adjust the cord by plugging the cord in the socket, and if any excess cord is left, lay down the machine horizontally and tuck the cord in the cord gap under the machine.
5. Rinse and fill the water tank with fresh water.
6. You can carry a water tank by its cover as well. Place the tank in its position on the machine.
7. Turn on the machine by pressing the ON/OFF Button.
8. The beverage buttons lights will start blinking, telling the machine is on and is pre-heating.
9. After approx. 25 seconds the blinking will stop, and your machine will be ready.
10. Place a container under the coffee outlet.
11. Press the Lungo button.
12. The rinsing process will start, and water will cascade into the container.
13. Repeat points 11 and 12 three times.
14. After this again, filling your water tank with clean water, and your brewer will be ready to brew coffee.
How to Prepare Coffee using Nespresso Pixie
Remove the water tank, rinse it, fill it with clean water, and place back to the machine
Place a cup under coffee outlet
Turn on the machine
Wait for the LED lights to get stable ( will take approx. 25 seconds). This phase is pre-heating phase
Lift the lever, insert your capsule and close it.
Press Lungo or Espresso button and your coffee will start pouring inot the cup.
You can stop the flowing press by pressing the beverage button you are brewing.
Lift the lever and close it, capsule eill be ejected.

Instructions:-
After removing the water tank from the machine, rinse it thoroughly.
Fill the water tank with drinking water.
You can carry a water tank by its cover.
Place the water tank in its position in the machine.
Place a cup with a size according to the beverage you want to make under the coffee outlet.
Turn on the machine by Pressing the ON/OFF button.
The beverage lights will start blinking, ensuring the machine is turned on and is now in the pre-heating phase.
The pre-heating phase will take approx. 25 seconds.
After the pre-heating phase, the lights will stop blinking, ensuring the machine is ready for coffee preparation.
You can also press the Lungo or Espresso button while the machine is still in the pre-heating phase, as the chosen beverage will start cascading into the cup after the pre-heating phase is over.
To insert the Nespresso Capsule, lift the lever and insert your capsule.
Now close the lever.
For latte Macchiato glass, you can lift and fold the cup support upright.
When you remove the glass, the folded cup support will automatically fall back to its position. It will prevent any drip spillage.
Choose your desired beverage by Pressing Lungo or Espresso button; Espresso is 40 ml/1.35 oz, and Lungo is 110 ml/3.7 oz.
After pressing, the coffee will start flowing into the cup.
If you want to stop the coffee flow at any time during the process, again click the beverage button you had chosen. For example, if you have chosen the Lungo button, then to stop the flow, again press the Lungo button.
After the cascading process finishes, remove the cup.
Lift the lever to eject the used capsule. The used capsule will fall into the capsule container.
Close the lever and enjoy your refreshing coffee.
Remember! You should never lift the lever during the brewing process.
Energy-saving system will automatically turn off your brewer after 9 minutes.
To inhance this 9 min timing, turn off you machine.
Simultaneously press Lungo and Espresso Button once.
Pess the ON/OFF button.
The automatic off timing is changed from 9 minutes to 30 minutes.
Nespresso Pixie has an energy-saving mode, and you can also change it according to your desire. Let’s see how it is possible.
Instructions:-
If you are not using the machine, turn it off by pressing the ON/OFF button.
If you forget to turn off the machine, the energy-saving system will turn off the brewer after 9 minutes.
If you want to enhance the time of automatic turn-off from 9 minutes to more, then this is how you can do it.
Turn off the machine by pressing the ON/OFF button.
Simultaneously press Lungo and Espresso Button and let go of both buttons.
Then press the ON/OFF button.
It will turn the automatic off timing from 9 minutes to 30 minutes, and your machine will automatically turn off after 30 minutes.
WATER DETECTION IN NESPRESSO PIXIE
No water in the water tank is indicated by red blacklight.

Instructions:-
Fill the water tank with clean water
Pull the lever and insert the capsule
Close the lever
Place a mug under the coffee outlet.
Press and hold the Lungo or Espresso button, i.e., the one of which you want to change the water volume settings.
The brew will start cascading into the mug.
Hold the beverage button and let go of the hold once you achieve the desired volume.
Your beverage water volume has now changed.
Emptying the System
Turn off the machine.
Remove the water tank.
Place a container under the coffee outlet.
Eject the used capsule by lifting the lever.
Empty the capsule holder and drip tray as well.
Press and hold the Espresso Button at the same time ON/OFF button.
Emptying procedure will start and leftover water will start pouring into the container.
If you are planning to set aside your brewer for some time or want to repair it, then you can empty the system as;
Instructions:-
Turn off the machine by pressing the ON/OFF button.
Remove the water tank.
Place a container under the coffee outlet.
Lift the lever and close it to eject any used capsule into the capsule holder.
Empty the capsule holder and drip tray as well.
Press and hold the Espresso Button. While holding the Espresso button, press the ON/OFF button. After pressing let go of all buttons hold
The leftover water in the machine will start coming out; wait until the water stops dripping.
The machine will turn off automatically when the procedure is finished.
Reset to Factory Settings
Turn off the machine.
Press and hold the Lungo button at the same time press ON button
Your machine will be reset to factory settings.

Place a container of 0.6 L under the coffee outlet
Fill out 0.5 L of tank with water
Pour Nespresso Descaling sachet into the water tank.
Mix the descaling solution in the water thoroughly.
Turn on the machine.
Wait for the machine to heat up
Press and hold the Lungo and Espresso button simultaneously for 3 seconds.
Their lights will start blinking.
Press the Lungo button.
The water will start cascading down into the container.
When the pouring stops refill the water tank with used solution
Repeat the point 11 one time.
Fill the water tank with clean drinking water.
Repeat the point 11
Drain the water, refill the tank with fresh water and Repeat point 11 one more time
Descaling has been made
A very critical procedure in the life of your coffee machine is descaling. It not only keeps your brewer in shape but also intensifies the coffee quality, which can deteriorate over time. The coffee quality is also appreciable. To descale your Nespresso Pixie, here are the steps below.
Instructions:-
Before getting on to the instruction, we want to let you know the whole descaling process will take 15 minutes of yours, so descale it in your spare to give attention to your brewer.
To start the descaling process, remove the used capsule.
For this lift the lever and close it; the capsule will fall into the used capsule container.
Empty the drip tray and the used capsule container
Open your Nespresso Descaling sachet and pour it into the water tank.
Fill the water tank up to 0.5 L with fresh water.
Mix the descaling solution in the water thoroughly.
Place a container with a minimum volume of 0.6 L or 20 oz under the coffee outlet.
Turn on the machine by pressing the ON button.
The LED lights will start blinking.
When the blinking stops, the brewer is heated up and ready.
Press the Lungo and Espresso button simultaneously and hold them for 3 seconds.
Their lights will start blinking.
Now press the Lungo button.
The water will start cascading down into the container.
Wait till the water tank empties and all the mixture flows into the container.
Refill the water tank with the solution that is poured into the container.
Again press the Lungo button, and water will start flowing into the container.
Repeat one more time points 17 and 18.
After this, dispose of the water and rinse and clean the tank.
Fill the water tank with clean drinking water.
Press the lungo button to rinse the machine with fresh and clean water.
Drain the water, refill the tank with fresh water and Repeat point 17.
Your brewer is now descaled.
To remove the machine from the descaling mode:
Simultaneously press and hold the Lungo and Espresso button for one second.
Now your machine has exited the descaling mode and is ready for brewing.

Nespresso Pixie Manufacturer Nespresso provides a warranty to its users. And the warranty on the machine is applied when your machine is not excluded from the following guarantee rules.
